
Double Choc Chip Cookies
- 150 grams self-raising flour
- 25 grams cocoa powder
- 110 grams butter
- 75 grams soft dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 110 grams chocolate chips (I used mini eggs)
- 2 tbsp milk
- Baking paper
- Pre-heat the oven to Gas Mark 6 (200°C) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Cream the butter and brown sugar together.
- Sieve the flour and the cocoa powder into the creamed butter and sugar.
- Stir in the syrup, chocolate and milk.
- Mix well.
- Place 10 spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking tray, flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Leave to cool before eating.
