It’s finally day 3… leg day, ladies. My favourite day of the week, this is where I feel like I can really move some weight around and feel strong.
My leg day exercises can alter depending on how well my joints are holding out, but this video shows my weekly staple routine.

- Single Leg Extension
- Hip Abductions
- Seated Calf Raises
